The Sound Reasons (featuring 1966 percent of the members of the Wyld Gooms and the Night Times) are stunning audiences of all ages with their unique form of thunderous, hip-shaking, guitar-jangling, fuzzed out 60’s garage rock. Their soulful style of rock and roll pays homage to garage bands of 1965-1967 (The Sonics, The Seeds, The Pretty Things), a lawless period of music that was simultaneously universal and regional. Music novices think it’s surf music. Some call it frat rock. Those in the know consider it God’s gift to the masses.“It’s all about having funny haircuts and wearing Beatle boots!” says founder and lead singer Sumiji Takahashi. The members of The Sound Reasons represent some of the best players in the Los Angeles garage scene (The Night Times, The Wyld Gooms, TheUnclaimed, The Wyldewood Green) giving the band an all star quality. The mandate is to hand forge an authentic and unadulteratedsound with no artificial ingredients. It’s about getting it tight, right and out of sight. With recent releases on Rogue Records and OutroRecords, the band aims to bring their high energy shows to the four corners of the earth.The beauty of garage music is that you don’t have to have a moptop or wear paisley to enjoy it but you’ll look damn good if you do. Die Carlos Marx Brothers sind eine wildes Musikquartett mit Mitgliedern von ueberall und von Bands wie den Jet Bumpers, Los Explosivos, Golden Helmets oder Dirtshakes. Allerdings sind sie noch besser als sie genannten Gruppen (kaum möglich! ). Ihr wilder (Garage) Punk Rock wird von Bands wie den Fells und MC5 beeinflusst. Sie rocken im Groucho-Marxismus-Stil für einen besseren Planeten – bist du Teil des Problems oder der Lösung? Du entscheidest!
